Hey love, I’m Sophie Josephina. I am a polarity teacher that helps heal the masculine and feminine energies in this world, in a modern loving juicy way.

I have guided thousands of women through polarity, surrender, opening and healing their relationship to the masculine. As an ex data scientist and recovering strong independent woman, I help women release the conditioning that exhausts them and keeps them from finding love.. while only empowering her even more. 

And.. I am here to help every woman fall madly in love with the masculine again, in all his forms...

My work tends to touch on all the layers: from the deep understanding, the somatic embodied imprint, to tantric liberation, to shamanic ancestral healing, to the spiritual, to the very real daily life.
